Welcome to Heartsounds!

Heartsounds Mother/Infant Care is a non-profit organization that provides postpartum doula care for low-income mothers at risk for postpartum depression. We are dedicated to providing postpartum care services to the greater Tucson region as well as addressing and reducing the incidence of perinatal mood disorders and depression.

By the 25th day,
your baby's heart began to beat.

By the 10th -12th week,
you could hear it on a doppler monitor.

At birth everyone listened for it . . .
And now you are heart to heart, listening to each other's heartsounds.
